World of Choices is an interactive event that equips students in grades 8-12 with the skills and knowledge they need to be better prepared for the future. Youth across Canada learn from inspirational speakers and participate in small groups discussions with passionate career mentors. Each event includes a feature on skilled trades opportunities in construction, manufacturing and automotive.
World of Choices prepares youth for the future of work by providing students with learning opportunities to build transferable skills and explore career paths. JA Canada is partnering with Colleges and Institutes Canada to host Skilled Trades Summits across the country. By providing a hands-on experience, students will enhance their understanding and knowledge of skilled trades as a meaningful and fulfilling career path.
